1. Who We Are
DeltaNexus is an AI-powered sales system operated by Amuzo Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). We operate in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Cyprus Law on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (Law 125(I)/2018).
For all data protection enquiries, please contact us at privacy@deltanexus.biz
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to personal data collected when you interact with the DeltaNexus AI Sales System, primarily via WhatsApp Business messaging and other messaging platforms or channels we operate. It also covers personal data collected through our website at deltanexus.biz. It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law.
3. AI Disclosure
The DeltaNexus system is powered by artificial intelligence. Interactions with DeltaNexus AI agents are automated. Where a human representative joins the conversation, this will be made clear.
You may interact with one or more AI agents, each designed for a specific purpose such as product demonstration, commercial enquiry handling, or sales advisory. The specific agents available may change over time as we develop the system.
Conversations may be reviewed by DeltaNexus staff for quality assurance and system improvement. Interactions conducted in demonstration mode may be logged for testing and service improvement purposes.
4. What Data We Collect
When you interact with our AI system, we collect:
• Your display name as set in your messaging platform profile
• Your phone number or messaging platform identifier
• The content of your messages (conversation history)
• Commercial enquiry details you provide (product grades, volumes, destinations, loading periods, payment terms)
• Your email address, if you provide it during the conversation
• Your company name, if you provide it during the conversation
• Timestamps of interactions
We do not intentionally request or require special category personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9. Users should not provide such data through the service.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data primarily on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): to operate our AI sales system, respond to commercial enquiries, conduct commercial communication in response to your enquiry, and maintain records of interactions. Our legitimate interest is the operation of a commercial sales assistance service.
Where you voluntarily provide additional data such as your email address or company name for the purpose of scheduling a meeting or receiving follow-up communications, we process that data under the same legitimate interest basis.
Where we conduct marketing communications beyond the scope of your original enquiry, we will seek your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)) at that point.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
• Operate the DeltaNexus AI sales assistant and respond to your messages
• Maintain conversation history to provide continuity across sessions
• Record commercial enquiry details for follow-up by DeltaNexus
• Conduct commercial communication in response to your enquiry
• Schedule calls or meetings between you and DeltaNexus representatives
• Improve the performance and accuracy of our AI system
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Who We Share Your Data With
To operate the DeltaNexus AI Sales System, we work with a small number of carefully selected technology service providers. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and may process your personal data only in accordance with our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
The categories of processors we use are:
• AI model provider — processes conversation content to generate AI responses
• CRM platform — stores contact details and commercial enquiry records
• Workflow automation platform — routes messages between system components
• Messaging infrastructure provider — transmits messages via the relevant messaging platform API
• Website hosting provider — hosts deltanexus.biz and associated analytics
All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. Where processors are located outside the European Economic Area, data transfers are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent approved transfer mechanisms.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with other contacts or clients.
A current list of our data processors is available upon request at privacy@deltanexus.biz
8. How Long We Keep Your Data
Commercial interaction records, including conversation history relevant to business enquiries, contact details, and enquiry data, may be retained for up to 3 years from the last interaction or the end of the commercial relationship, whichever is later.
Contact details are retained while there is an ongoing commercial relationship or legitimate business interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 9.
9. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
